am I the only one who thinks Phiwa should not be perm banned

First I like to say sorry cause my english is bad.

Just want to know why a good player and good regular is perm banned for a verbal comment against Toss? It's clear that he ment the text as a joke.
I like to think that we are all having fun in that server and sometimes people say crazy things or make comments that are not to be taken too seriously. If someone gets a bad mind over that kind of joking
that should be said to the person who made the comment and give him a change to say sorry.

There has been some word war between Toss and Phiwa earlier, but I think pulling a rank on Phiwa by Toss has gone over the edge.

When we have talked about this many good regulars have said that Toss bans little too easy and it spoils a good, maybe the best, server there is on DODS. So could the admins reconsider the Phiwa perm ban and for myself I would like to say that I'm not happy with every admins work to keep the server in good spirit.

Hi ban complaints are for the person who has been banned.

And the only people who know the full story are those directly involved in it.
